WHAT’S HO CHA?
Ho Cha is a specialty shop that serves authentic Taiwanese milk teas and fruit teas. Ho Cha prides their menu because the recipe and formulation of each drink was created by a Taiwanese biochemist.
Ho Cha started serving their specialty drinks way back August 2018 when they opened their first branch in UP Town Center. Since then, this brand has been expanding and branching out across the Philippines. At the end of this year 2019, Ho Cha will expand and open 5 more stores! Ho Cha is a sister company of Soy Gelato, a brand that serves ice cream with chilled taho.
HO CHA MENU
We love that Ho Cha’s menu is simple and pretty straightforward. If you’re into classic, go for their Milk Tea or Layered Milk Tea series but if you’re looking for a leveled up drink, go for their Brûlée or Galaxy series.
Journey Freaks’ note: You can use food delivery apps such as Foodpanda and Grabfood to have your Ho Cha milk tea cravings fixed.
Journey Freaks’ note: You can customize the sugar level of your chosen drink except for the Brûlée series.

In a nutshell…
OUR VERDICT: Yes! Ho Cha’s drinks are worth every peso!
We love their Brûlée (matcha is the best!) and Galaxy series as we haven’t seen anything like it from other local competitors. We will definitely come back at and try their other drinks!
Based on experience, the quality of their drinks are commendable as well as the efficiency of their staff. We can say that their staff are well-trained and knowledgeable. The usually wait for a drink is around 3-4 minutes.
